Frequently Asked Questions

Pickup is in Westchester, Miami, FL. I do not deliver but I can provide your cookies to your preferred delivery service. 

To secure a date, payment is required in full within 3 days of receiving quote. Zelle and CashApp are preferred and credit cards are accepted with a fee.

Custom orders are refundable by notifying us at least to 10 days prior to scheduled date. After 10 days, orders are non-refundable. 

Cookies come individually packaged and sealed and will stay fresh in their bags up to 2 weeks. To save for a later date, place cookies in their sealed bags and into an airtight storage container in the freezer for up to 2 months. When ready to thaw, set the storage container on a counter at room temp until they gradually reach room temp which will vary based on how many cookies are in container. Then enjoy! 

My cookies do not contain nuts or nut products but do contain common allergens - dairy, eggs, gluten, wheat, and are produced in a home-based kitchen that is not subjected to FL state licensure or inspection according to the Florida Cottage Food Laws. Please contact us for more information if needed regarding any specific allergens or do not consume.
